FABRIC
  • Extra heavy duty 35-ounce 0.044 inch thick flame retardant, non-fraying and chemical resistant flexible fabric.
  • Hems are folded flat and pressed.
STITCHING
  • Lock stitches ensure durability and will not unravel (compare to chain stitches which unravel if broken).
  • All critical seams are double-stitched.  Seam ends are back-stitched to improve strength.
  • Primary thread is 21 pound test #138 polyester
  • All seams guaranteed to be "pucker free"!
TOLERANCES
  • Precision fabricated to be square within 1/8 inch across 22 feet double measured
  • Dimensional tolerance is ? 1/16 inch.
