Made to measure roller blinds using blue, black or white FlexGuard material. Blinds can be supplied with optional decorative fascia and side channels for full light blocking. Three material options are available:

Regular Duty FlexGuard (Blue or Black): 200W/cm2 for 100 seconds
- Medium Duty FlexGuard (White): 50W/cm2 for 100 seconds
- Light Duty FlexGuard: Not laser rated - Light blocking only

Brackets to be constructed of 0.07 inch thick painted or nickel-plated steel. White powder coat finish is standard. End plug bracket can have a lock down retainer device or function as supports for Fascia. Brackets are reversible for right or left-hand installation

Fascia to be made of extruded aluminium (alloy/hardness 6063/T5) with an average thickness of 0.062 inch. White powder coat finish is standard.

| Mounting: |
|
Blind is shipped assembled to customer. Mount to appropriate surface with fasteners through the holes provided in the Brackets.

| Dimensions: |
Outside dimensions of mounting hardware is approximately 1.125 inches greater than the width of the material. Mounting brackets are typically 3 inches square. Finished material length will be greater than length required to accommodate attachment to the roller.

Using the same range of FlexGuard Light, Medium and Regular materials window blocks can be made to measure.
Fixing options include metal press stubs, Velcro or magnetic strip. Window blocks are ideal for applications where space is limited or for occasional use.
